If you do not become a client after the introductory call, your enquiry is deleted the next calendar day, including accessible form/email copies. Client correspondence is retained for service delivery and agreed follow-up, or a specific legal duty or claim. Finnish accounting records follow statutory periods: generally six years for vouchers from the end of the year in which the financial year ended, and ten years for specified books/statements from the financial year end.
