Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.

You are welcome to transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. Please inform us in advance with the updated participant details.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule if needed. In rare cases where the event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
