WHERE INTUITION
MEETs STRATEGY
Business Resource
Some business problems live in spreadsheets. Others don’t.
You’ve looked at the numbers. Had the meetings. Asked the smart people. Made the pros-and-cons list. And still, something doesn’t add up.
Business Resource is for the questions that refuse to be solved by logic alone.
We combine an ancient tool for self-discovery with strategic thinking and practical implementation — moving from what you sense, but cannot quite explain, to what you can actually do.
The invisible meets the tangible.
When the obvious answer is not enough.
Why are we doing everything right — but not getting the result?
Why has growth suddenly stopped?
Do we expand, restructure, change direction — or let something go?
Why do I keep postponing a decision I supposedly already made?
What am I not seeing?
Sometimes the question you bring is exactly the right one. And sometimes it isn’t. That’s where things get interesting.
what exactly is Business Resource?
Resource temporarily takes your question out of the familiar world of presentations, KPIs and rational explanations. The board introduces perspectives you would not necessarily choose yourself.
At the centre of the process is Resource — our modern adaptation of Leela, an ancient Indian game of self-discovery.
Yes, a board game — used here to work with business questions.
Some will make immediate sense. Others may seem strangely accurate. And occasionally something becomes visible that is difficult to explain — but hard to unsee.
And this is only half of the process. We then bring what emerges back into the reality of the business: what does this mean strategically, what decision follows, and what changes now?
This is where spirituality meets strategy — where something invisible becomes very real in the world.
Call it intuition, pattern recognition, synchronicity, or something we don’t have a name for yet.
What matters is what it allows you to see.
Three people. Three different roles.
Polina — ResourceWhat are you not seeing?
Polina facilitates Resource and holds the process itself. Her role is to take the question outside the usual frameworks and assumptions of the business, creating room for something unexpected to become visible.
Currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Polina is the creator of Resource — her modern reimagining of the traditional game of Leela. She has facilitated Resource for over three years and brings a previous background in marketing, PR and creative production in the fashion industry.
Inna — Strategy
What does this change?
Inna brings what emerges back into the reality of the business. She helps identify what is strategically meaningful and what decision follows.
PhD, with more than a decade of experience in management and leadership across large international projects — from nuclear energy and business transformation to startups and new products.
Yulia — Implementation
How does this become real?
Yulia looks at what it will take to make the direction work in practice — ownership, structure, possible blockers and the first steps.
With 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate leadership, Yulia has led complex transformations in international organizations, working at the intersection of strategy and organizational reality.
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
What you get
01 — The real problem
The question underneath the question: what is creating the situation, what has been overlooked, and whether the thing you are trying to fix is really the thing that needs fixing.
What are we actually dealing with?
02 — The strategic decision
We translate what became visible into the language of the business: what changes, what stops, what starts, and what needs attention or resources.
What does this change?
03 — The first actions
We turn the direction into movement: ownership, decision points, potential blockers, structural changes and first steps.
How does this become real?
How it works
Step 01 · 50 minBring the question
We start with the Status Quo: what is happening, what have you tried and where are you stuck? Together, we formulate the question you will bring into Resource.
Leave the familiar frame
Step 02 · 2–3 hoursThen we play. You enter the board with your question and allow the process to take you somewhere another strategy meeting probably would not. And, a little like Jumanji, once we start, we finish. Without the giant mosquitoes.
Step 03 · 10–14 daysYou go back into the business and observe how insights play out in real-life situation, where resistance appears, and which decisions become clearer. Sometimes reality needs a little time to catch up with what you have already seen.
Let reality answer
Step 04 · 2-3 hoursNow we get practical. We translate what emerged into business implications, a strategic decision and the first concrete moves.
